More on the Corporate Transparency Act!
FinCEN is the governmental agency that companies need to report Beneficial Ownership information on. Due to the inundation of reporting, FinCEN’s network has experienced some difficulty in processing these reports. Reporting companies such as PFSS have through the end of 2024 to report, and so PFSS will postpone reporting until the processing issues have been resolved with the FinCEN website. Please note that PFSS takes these regulations seriously and will do our part to report on Beneficial Ownership within the time frame that FinCEN mandates.
