Margaret Collins founded Professional Filing & Search Services, Inc. in 2014 out of a desire to assist corporations and entrepreneurs with their business needs. Prior to starting her own company, she earned her Certified Legal Assistant qualification, while gaining valuable experience as a corporate paralegal with some of Sacramento’s top corporate law firms. Out of a desire to continue to expand her knowledge, she went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Margaret is uniquely qualified to handle a multitude of service requests with the knowledge of a seasoned professional. Her commitment to excellence sets her above the rest.

Additionally, Margaret possesses a strong knowledge of corporate compliance, due diligence, sales, document preparation and filing for both U.S. and international jurisdictions.
