ABOUT THE OWNER
Margaret Collins founded Professional Filing & Search Services, Inc. in 2014 out of a desire to assist corporations and entrepreneurs with their business needs. Prior to starting her own company, she earned her Certified Legal Assistant qualification, while gaining valuable experience as a corporate paralegal with some of Sacramento’s top corporate law firms. Out of a desire to continue to expand her knowledge, she went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Margaret is uniquely qualified to handle a multitude of service requests with the knowledge of a seasoned professional. Her commitment to excellence sets her above the rest.
Additionally, Margaret possesses a strong knowledge of corporate compliance, due diligence, sales, document preparation and filing for both U.S. and international jurisdictions. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and knowledge of the industry, all of which are necessary traits for her field of expertise.
