Delaware Secretary of State Closure:
On Friday, April 5th, 2024, the Delaware Secretary of State’s Corporations Division will host a luncheon to recognize its employees. During this event, the office will be closed from 10:00 to 10:30 AM Pacific time. Adjustments have been made to the filing cutoff times for this day:
– Expedited 30 minute or 1 hour filings must be submitted before 3:00 PM Pacific.
– 2 hour filings must be submitted before 2:00 PM Pacific.
There will be no changes to the cutoff times for other filings.
